Vices

People in society yearn for control, in fact they crave it. When people lack control they hold on to whatever they can that provides them momentary comfort. In turn that momentary comfort ends up controlling them too. Vices hold a grip on those who feel they can't get a grasp on their own lives. That idea is exactly what inspired this piece.
